Certified Flight Instructor
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain safety as top priority for all flight operations
- Provide high-quality ground and flight instruction in accordance with approved curriculum, course outlines, and syllabi
- Evaluate student performance and maintain satisfactory student progress
- Maintain accurate student flight records
- Fly tours and demo flights with customers as needed
- Assist with aircraft refueling, moving helicopters in/out of hangar, maintaining hangar cleanliness
- Work closely with students for scheduling using Flight Circle
- Work closely with DPE's to schedule checkrides
- Assist with other projects as needed
Job Requirements:
- 200+ hours total time
- CFI
- CFII (preferred)
- CFI SFAR73 Endorsement for R44
- At least class 2 medical
- Schweizer 300 experience (preferred)
- Basic computer skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
Compensation:
- Hourly instruction rate based on experience - $20 to $28/hour
- Bonuses and periodic salary increases

- Schweizer 300 (instruction)
- Robinson R44 (tours and instruction)
- Bell 206 (power line inspection and LIDAR work)
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
- Saturday 8am - Noon
